In the competitive market of mixed-use real estate development, Midway Properties wanted to stand out from other developers. The goal was to produce a lifestyle magazine that would be appealing to customers and residents while simultaneously promoting the Midway Properties brand as well as bringing exposure to its retail, dining, and entertainment tenants. With properties across the state, they wanted a partner who understood the Texas market, appreciated storytelling, but also had marketing expertise.
District Magazine were distributed across Midway Properties to highlight their unique retailers and fun events.
